When I first searching for self striping yarns at the LYSs, I couldn&#8217;t find any color combination that appeal to me. Most of the yarns I see is of a rougher texture as well. I took a chance on this Etsy store because the color combination is just beyond lovely to me, and the composition is Merino and Nylon which is both soft and elastic, which can&#8217;t go wrong as far as socks go.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to do a simple but more than just vanilla pattern, so I selected this one <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/a-nice-ribbed-sock\" target=\"_blank\">A Nicely Ribbed Sock<\/a>\u00a0by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/designers\/glenna-c\" target=\"_blank\">Glenna C<\/a>. And look at how it turned out! Self striping is SO MUCH FUN.
