Chamber Bay University Place, Washington<\/p>\n

We found this place on a weekend before I started working when I was dying to go out for a walk after being trapped in the house all week, it is a golf course by the water. If you park the car by the street, you can walk in a giant loop (think Central Park, NY) down to the water and round back up to the top, circling in the golf course in the middle. On a sunny day, it takes a little over an hour to walk the entire loop leisurely. Ri has taken me here so many times since, this is also the place he took me to fly my birthday kite. We have learned it’s the easiest to park the car down below (where there is very limited parking), then start with walking uphill at the beginning of the hike then back down.<\/p>\n

This is also the place where US Open will be on June 15th-21st 2015, it’ll be the first time they host in here in the Pacific Northwest. On the top of the hill, there is a restaurant and is a great venue for weddings! The first time I saw it, I sort of wished we had our wedding here instead, that’s how beautiful it is.<\/p>\n

2 weekends ago, after our church small group (young married group reading What Did You Expect by Paul Tripp) on Sunday, we decided it’s too nice of a day to waste of not going outside. Just how many sunny and warm days are there in February here in Washington? So these pictures are to show case my new beanie while we took this Sunday walk!\u00a0The beanie pattern was in a book my sister-in-law Karen gave me for my birthday, and I had finished it a while back, but I just hadn’t gotten the chance to take some pictures of it.<\/p>\n
